At B.O.S.S., a complete player is one who has been coached with equal seriousness in four areas: how they catch the ball, how they move, how they hit, and how they lead.

 

Miss any one of the four, and the player is unfinished — no matter how talented they appear in a single highlight clip.

 

Relentless effort is not a slogan we print on a poster and forget. It is the standard every practice and game is measured against.

 

Servant leadership — leading by making everyone around you better. Leaders don't create followers; they create more leaders. not by demanding attention — is the trait we believe outlasts every trophy a player will ever earn.
