We coach kids ages 7-12U, however, we are specifically looking to begin with 1-2 initial teams aged 7-10U.

We want to ensure that players can receive the best fundamentals coaching at the earliest age possible.

If demand dictates that there are enough interested 11 or 12U players, we will explore those age groups as well.

B.O.S.S. will begin by playing in local PG & USSSA sanctioned tournaments. 

Due to the high cost of travel B.O.S.S. wants to ensure our kids are ready to compete in other venues.

There is nothing worse than spending hundreds to thousands of dollars traveling out of state, only to see your kids not be competitive because they were not quite ready for that venue.

Once our kids have become extremely competitive in Vegas, we will test our skills in travel situations.

We will conduct practices 2-3 times per week; including speed and agility sessions, depending upon scheduled tournaments. 

B.O.S.S has a 'sibling policy' which allows a 10% discount for each additional child enrolled in the program.

Yes, B.O.S.S. will be conducting tryouts.

Once dates and times are published we request an RSVP so we can have an approximate headcount for those sessions.

At tryouts we will evaluate each player and select those who seem to be the best fits.

We are not necessarily looking for the most talented players. We are looking for the most coachable and enthusiastic about playing baseball.

Absolutely!!! In fact, both coach Davenport and coach Laidler each have had very talented girls play on their teams for decades.

However, in years past these girls were eventually lost to softball because there was not an upward path of mobility for them in baseball.

Hopefully, that has changed with birth of the new WPBL. Now, there is an incentive for girls to continue playing baseball, and we welcome the opportunity to help them, as well as the boys, become the very best players they can be.
